Two ways in, both answered by a person
There is no ticket system and no bot. Write an email or send a WhatsApp message, and either one is answered by somebody who worked on the thing you are asking about.
Best for a quick question. WhatsApp shows us your phone number, so use email if you would rather keep it to yourself.
Something is broken
Include, if you can:
- Browser or phone, and roughly which version
- What you were doing when it went wrong
- What you expected instead
- Anything the screen said, word for word
Please do not send a backup file unless it is asked for — it is your whole business, and a bug report rarely needs one.
Something is missing
Say what you were trying to get done rather than which button you think should exist. The first version is more useful, and it is usually how a feature ends up shaped better than the request was.
Per-client currency, expenses in the browser and statements in the browser are already on the list, so those you can just vote for.
Things email cannot fix
- A refund. Google Play takes the payment, so only Play can return it — the request form is in your Play purchase history.
- Records lost with your browser data. Signing in again on any device fetches the copy held in your account, which is what it is there for. What we cannot recover is a browser that was never signed in.
- Tax advice. Which rate applies to what you sell is a question for your tax authority or your accountant, not for us.
Deleting your account
You do not need to write in for this. There is a page that explains exactly what deletion removes and what stays on your own device, and it can be done from the app.
